  1. 10to1.com.au is a FREE service – we will not charge you to use the International SMS delivery service.
  2. This service is only available to customers sending messages from their Australian mobile phone.
  3. You may have to pay your carrier or carriage service provider the standard rate to send SMS to 10to1.com.au’s access number which is 0420 10 1021.
  4. 10to1.com.au can only deliver international SMS to the supported destinations listed on the 10to1.com.au website from time to time, and subject to change at any time at 10to1.com.au’s sole discretion.
  5. 10to1.com.au will not notify you if you have attempted to send an SMS to an unsupported destination.
  6. 10to1.com.au can only deliver international SMS if the message is correctly formatted (you must start the message with a correctly formatted international number to a supported destination, you must not precede the number will a ‘+’ sign, and you must include a space after the international number before you start your message content).
  7. 10to1.com.au will not notify you if you have attempted to send an SMS with a message that has not been correctly formatted.
  8. You will still have to pay your carrier or carriage service provider the standard rate to send SMS if you attempt to deliver SMS to an unsupported destination, or if you incorrectly format the message you send to 10to1.com.au’s access number.
  9. 10to1.com.au can only deliver SMS that do not exceed 160 characters in total when including the recipient’s number. Any additional characters sent will be lost.
  10. 10to1.com.au will not notify you if characters have been lost due to the total message length including the recipient’s number exceeding 160 characters.
  11. SMS is a store and forward delivery technology dependent on many factors including without limitation the Internet, carrier signalling networks, mobile network coverage and availability, mobile handsets, recipient account status and call barring, and SIM card capacity. 10to1.com.au does not warrant or guarantee that the service will be fault free, or that message delivery will be either timely or successful.
  12. Customers using the FREE 10to1.com.au international SMS delivery service do so at their own risk, and 10to1.com.au expressly excludes any liability whatsoever for messages that are not delivered to their intended destination.
  13. 10to1.com.au makes no representations whatsoever that the FREE international SMS delivery service is fit for any purpose that a customer may choose to use the service.
  14. 10to1.com.au reserves the right to change the international SMS delivery service, change the supported destinations, and to suspend or withdraw the international SMS delivery service at any time in its sole discretion.
